Our state-of-the-art Relays, Switches, Trimming Potentiometers and custom-built components and assemblies are produced in our fully integrated manufacturing facilities spread over an area of 18,000 sq. m. in three locations – two in Cochin, Kerala, and one in Peenya, Bangalore. Within these facilities we also have an area designated under the EHTP (Electronics Hardware Technology Park) Scheme for duty free import of inputs for export production, where we carry out our contract manufacturing activities.

We design, develop and manufacture a very extensive range of Automotive Relays, Industrial and General Purpose Relays, Miniature Plug-in and PCB Relays as well as Rotary Wafer Switches, DIP Switches, Miniature Trimming Potentiometers and customised products and assemblies. Apart from in-house developments, we also purchase technology for manufacture of contemporary products under licence from global technology leaders.

Our reputation for Quality and Reliability rests on strict adherence to national and international quality standards. Our Quality Management Systems conform to ISO 9001 requirements and the Automotive production lines are additionally qualified to ISO TS 16949. Individual products are approved to the relevant VDE or UL or CSA standards as applicable, apart from several products being qualified to the applicable Indian Joint Services Specifications (JSS).

Infrastructure
To support our design, development and manufacture of the range of high performance relays and other products, we have in place extensive infrastructural facilities – resources which have been built up over the last 40 years with a lot of investments. Our facilities include:

• A full-fledged Tool Design Centre and a modern Tool Room geared to manufacture high-precision Moulds and Tools.
• Pre-production facilities include a Press Shop to make all metal parts.
• Annealing and Plating plants for finishing the metal parts.
• Moulding Shops for making all plastic parts that are required for production.
• Well furnished Assembly plants that are air-conditioned with designated dust-protected areas.
• A well-equipped Quality Assurance & Test Laboratory (with capabilities to conduct electrical, mechanical, environmental and endurance testing of Relays and Switches, including most of the tests to Military Standards (JSS).
• A Research & Development Centre that is recognised by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.

Our Specialisation
Over the years we have carved out a niche as the leading manufacturer of Automotive Relays in India. Our range covers all contemporary versions of Automotive Relays including Miniature Sensitive Relays, Power Relays, Open / Enclosed PCB Relays, Enclosed / Sealed Plug-in Relays and Dual Relays.

We have been involved with almost all the leading automotive programmes in the country and also export our Automotive Relays to Europe both for car programmes and for the after-market.

Again, we have been the pioneers in the country for a whole wide range of Industrial Relays. Our range varies from very Sensitive to Power Relays; from PCB and Solder Terminal types to Panel or Socket Mounting types; from Open to Sealed / Hermetically Sealed Relays; and from Single Pole Relays to Multi-pole Relays (with upto 8 change-over contacts).

Contract Manufacturing Services
Leveraging our immense experience, we are progressively becoming stronger in the domain of contract manufacturing. With our excellent infrastructure and the comprehensive in-house support that we are able to extend to such contract manufacturing activities, especially our captive Tool Design and Tool Room facilities, we have been able to win over increasing business for our contract manufacturing services.

We have set up areas identified under the Indian Government’s Electronics Hardware Technology Park (EHTP) Scheme that allows duty-free import of all inputs, including production equipment, tooling, parts and raw materials for export production.
